Reporting a repair
During office hours
Repairs should be reported to the office during office opening hours whenever possible on 0141 551 8131 and Press 1 for repairs. Office Opening Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5.00pm.
Please be prepared to provide all your contact details and as much information as you can about the problem to enable us to provide an appropriate response.
Out of office hours
If you are reporting the repair out of office hours, please phone the office on 0141 551 8131.

You can also report a repair by:

If an Owner contacts us out of hours to request an emergency repair, you will be recharged for the call-out and any subsequent repairs and material costs to repair the problem. Prior to the repair being undertaken, you will be asked by the Contractor onsite to sign a Recharge Mandate agreeing to pay the costs
IMPORTANT
Gas leaks should always be reported to the National Gas Emergency Number on 0800 111 999 at any time of the day or night.
