Rent Consultation Results 2024-25

We are pleased to announce the results of the recent rent consultation conducted by Milnbank Housing Association

As you will be aware, we have a legal duty to consult with tenants on an annual basis to seek their views on our rent charges and service provision.

As part of our rent setting for April 2024 to March 2025, every tenant has been invited to express their views.

From the 1,667 surveys issued, a total of 455 completed surveys were received. This translates into a 27.3% response rate.

After carefully considering your feedback, it is clear that the overwhelming majority have chosen the lowest proposed rent increase of 6.9%. We appreciate your input, and the Management Committee has made the decision to confirm a rent increase of 6.9%, aligning with the majority’s choice.
