Paying your Rent
Why is your Rent Payment important?
Your rent is an investment back into our community. Milnbank Housing Association is a non-profit organisation and your rent payments are vital so that we can keep investing in our properties and providing services and benefits to our tenants.
There are several ways that you can pay your rent.
Direct Debit
Direct debits can be set up over the phone and will only take a few minutes of your time to set up.
AllPay Website or App
Online at allpayments.net (Debit Cards only) or via the Allpay App available for download on smartphones / tablets.
Debit/Credit Card
You can make payment by Debit/Credit Card in our office or over the telephone.
Your AllPay Card
Your Allpay Card can be used at pay points including the Post Office – please contact the office for a payment card.
Difficulties paying your rent?
If you’re having difficulties paying your rent, we are here to help. We understand that there are many reasons why people may find themselves in arrears and that people might find it difficult to face up to financial problems and may not know where to start.
It’s important you contact our housing team as soon as you know there’s a problem with your rent.
We can talk to you about:
- Paying your rent arrears in instalments
- Benefits you might be entitled to but are not currently claiming
- Support on welfare rights and money advice services.
Rents are reviewed every year in line with our Rent Policy and all tenants are invited to take part in this consultation
