We are pleased to announce that ‘site investigation’ works will shortly be taking place at the vacant site owned by us on Todd Street, lying directly south of Corsock Street.
Site investigation works will also be carried out on the vacant land further down Todd Street on both sides of the road, on land which is owned by Glasgow City Council.
The investigation works are simply to find out if the land is suitable for future development. You will be advised of the outcome and any plans for new homes in the area, if these are likely to go ahead.
The investigation works to the land owned by the Association are only expected to last 7-10 days, starting from the end of March 2024.
