Reporting a Repair
Repairs should be reported to the office during office opening hours whenever possible on 0141-551-8131 and Press "1" for Repairs.
Office Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm
Please give us as much information you can about the problem
If you are reporting the repair during out of office hours, leave a message with all the details and your call will be dealt with at the opening of business the next day

If an Owner or a tenant of an Absentee Landlord contacts the Company during emergency hours, the Owner and the Absentee Landlord will be recharged for the call-out and any subsequent repairs and material costs to
repair the problem. You will be required to sign a Mandate agreeing to pay the costs.
Emergency repair requests outside normal office hours should be reported to 0141-551-8131 whereupon the caller will be offered 2 "touch button" option:
- Option 1 for emergencies - Press 0
- Option 2 for non emergencies - Press 1
