MHA is carrying out a comprehensive inspection of both the internal and external parts of its properties. The purpose of these condition surveys is to provide information for future investment decisions regarding component replacements such as kitchens and bathrooms as well checking for building failures that could lead to problems such as dampness or structural defects.
Given the age and type of housing that MHA provides, it’s crucial that good quality information is obtained in relation to the condition of our properties.
The survey should take around 30 minutes to complete and all residents will receive a letter with date and time for survey to take place.
