Finance - is responsible for ensuring that the Association maximises its income and controls and monitors all expenditure across all parts of the Association.  This includes Milnbank Housing Association, Milnbank Property Services and Milnbank Community Enterprises along with the other community based wider role activities undertaken by the Association.

This involves the overall financial strategic planning and operational matters of the Association to include financial business planning and budgeting, treasury management, regular committee reporting, annual accounts quarterly management accounts; Regulatory, Funder and other Stakeholder compliance reporting as required.
