Estates Supervisor shortlisted for Rising Star Award!

We are thrilled to announce that Andy Honest, our Estates Supervisor, has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the inaugural Share Awards. This recognition highlights Andy’s dedication and hard work within MHA and the housing sector.

Paul Martin, Chief Executive, commented “MHA are delighted that Andy has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award. It is well deserved. We wish him the very best in the next stage”

The winners of the Share Awards will be revealed at the Share Annual Conference, set to take place at the Hilton Glasgow in April.

Share is a leading provider of cutting-edge learning and development solutions for the housing and property sector. The Share Awards are designed to honour those in Scotland’s housing sector, recognising the dedicated professionals and volunteers who contribute their expertise and time to communities. Acknowledging both individuals and teams who make a significant impact within their organisations, those who are driving positive change and improving housing services, the awards provide a platform to honour those who go above and beyond, showcasing their contributions.

Having started his journey at MHA as an Estates Worker, Andy achieved the position of Estates Supervisor last year through hard work and commitment to his team and the Milnbank tenants and owners. Having grown up in the local area, his hands-on approach and local knowledge make him well-placed to engage with tenants and owners and deliver solutions. He goes out of his way to make sure problems are dealt with quickly.

Congratulations Andy!
