Tenancy Information

When you become a Tenant of Milnbank Housing Association you will sign a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement.  This is a legally binding document which details the obligations of the Association and your responsibilities as a tenant.

At the signing of your Tenancy Agreement staff will outline the key parts of the Agreement and will give you a summary of these points along with your own copy of the agreement.
